Biography
Roy Iyobosa Egbokhan is a seasoned attorney licensed to practice law in both Nigeria and California, USA. With a legal career that spans over 20 years, he brings extensive experience in civil litigation, immigration, personal injury, Voice to Skull (V2K) and landlord/tenant matters.
Roy was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 and served as a State Counsel for the Ministry of Justice in Benin City, Edo State from 2010 to 2016. In that role, he prosecuted numerous criminal cases and represented the government in complex civil litigations, earning a reputation for diligence and legal acumen.
In 2017, Roy obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Transnational Business Practice from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in California. While in the U.S., he interned with the Amador Public Defenders Office, gaining valuable experience in criminal defense and courtroom advocacy.
